Alviko
is a stagename of a talented Russian musician Alexander Kondyurin.
He graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Culture having specialized
in the head of folk chorus.
In the first
year he was invited to work in the world famous ensemble of folk
music of Dmitry Pokrovsky. Further he took part in the folk ensemble "Karagod,
the state folk ensemble of Nazarov.
At the same
time he succeeded in a solo career. The smart bass with the unique
timbre, manner of performance and the variety of repertoire allowed
to win the heart of audience both in Russia and abroad. He participated
in the concerts in the USA, England, Japan, Italy, Spain, Lebanon,
Chile, etc. He is the winner of the folk festival in Malaysia.
He worked on
board the ship Astra, in the restaurant Metropol, participated
in the cruise on the Volga and the Yenisei.
He has been
working for the
ensemble of
folk music under the direction of Tamara Smyslova of the Moscow
State Music Folk Theatre Russian Song of Nadezhda Babkina. Alexanders
arrangements in the repertoire of the ensemble have added new trends
to the compositions giving fresh sounding.
Modern Russian
and World hits, pop songs of the last years alongside with the
folk songs and Russian romances have appeared in the singers repertoire.
The performance of the greatest musical hits of

Toto
Kutunio in a low bass register has got new, fresh
sounding.
He has created
his own songs on the verses of a Moscow talented poetess
Lidia
Oganesyan basically.
The musician plays the bayan and the different types of accordions
and folk instruments (the vargan, the kolyuki, the klylovidnye
gusli etc.) and the synthesizer. It allows to accompany himself
in any style. Minus soundtracks have been written and arranged
by Alexander Kondyurin as well.
